Who is responsible
FrostForge SA, Chemin du Bois-Gourmand 23b, 1234 Vessy, Switzerland (UID CHE-198.197.642), is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. Contact: hello@frostforge.ch.
Hosting and server logs
This website is built and hosted with Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated, Boston, USA), under its data processing agreement, and delivered through Cloudflare. When you visit, their servers record technical data such as your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Lovable and its service providers process this data in several countries, including the United States; transfers out of Switzerland and the EU rely on the safeguards in that agreement (standard contractual clauses). Lovable keeps these logs as long as needed to run and secure its service; it does not publish a fixed period.
Analytics
We use Lovable's built-in analytics to count page visits and see which pages are read. It records the page, the time, the referring page and technical data about your browser and device. We use the results only in aggregate, to improve the site. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device; each page view is counted under a new random code that is not reused.
Cookies
Two technical cookies are set: __cf_bm (Cloudflare; protects the site against automated bots; kept 30 minutes) and __dpl (Lovable hosting; serves you the current version of the site; kept 7 days). We do not use advertising or social-media tracking.
Contact form
If you use the form on the contact page, we receive your first and last name, e-mail address, organisation (optional) and message (optional). We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. The form is processed for us by Formspark (Trampoline Software SRL, Belgium), which stores submissions on servers in Ireland under a data processing agreement. To keep out spam, an invisible check (Botpoison) runs in your browser when you send the form; it keeps no personal data beyond that check. We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and at most 24 months after our last contact unless the law requires longer. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
When you write to us by e-mail
We use your address and message to reply, and keep the correspondence as long as needed for that purpose or as the law requires.

Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask for information about your data, and for its correction or deletion, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@frostforge.ch. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
